Does anyone else in the entire world get these???  

I’m not sure exactly what has to take place for them to occur other than the fact that I have to be cold.  I do get regular goosebumps that don’t itch too, however, every so often I will get goosebumps and they will itch uncontrollably and it is one of the most irritating and uncomfortable feelings I can think of.  I have yet to run into another person on this planet that shares this unfortunate trait with me.  I’m so alone! hah!
